BWS = 100 − (Average Severity × 10)

The Behavior Wellness Score (BWS) converts the average severity of all logged behavioral incidents into an intuitive 0–100 scale:

Average Severity = Sum of all severity ratings ÷ Total number of logged entries
The average is multiplied by 10 to scale the result onto a 100-point system
This value is subtracted from 100 so that a higher score always indicates better behavioral health
